FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Direct answers to the questions teams ask before, during, and after evaluating AethrionX. Each answer is short on purpose. The deeper details live on the linked pages.

What is AethrionX?

AethrionX is an AI-native enterprise product management platform — the AI product manager that runs your product. AethrionX listens to every signal — customer feedback, pull requests, voice notes, support tickets — turns them into prioritized work owned by the right people, and remembers every decision so your team stops re-litigating the past.

Who is AethrionX for?

AethrionX is built for product teams, engineering leaders, and founders who want to automate triage, capture institutional knowledge, and reduce the manual overhead of running product. It works for solo builders, startup product teams, and growing organizations running parallel sprints.

How is AethrionX different from a traditional issue tracker?

Traditional issue trackers are repositories: tickets sit in a database until a human picks them up and decides what to do next. AethrionX is an active layer. It classifies, prioritizes, routes, and surfaces context the moment a signal arrives. It also remembers decisions and overrides, so the same arguments don't get re-litigated each quarter and the same shipped mistakes don't get repeated.

Does AethrionX replace my existing tools?

AethrionX can replace existing issue trackers, customer feedback tools, and product management platforms. It imports from existing issue-tracking and product-management tools, and many teams run AethrionX in parallel with their existing tool during evaluation.

How does AethrionX handle GitHub and GitLab pull requests?

AethrionX turns merged GitHub and GitLab pull requests into product-readable change summaries with detected risks, shipped-feature claims, and ticket linkage. Product managers can read what changed in a release without reading the diff. Pull requests are linked to the tickets they close, and ticket status updates automatically when a PR is merged.

What is institutional memory in AethrionX?

Institutional memory in AethrionX is the persistent record of decisions, overrides, capacity calls, customer history, and the rationale behind them. It captures context automatically from voice notes, ticket activity, and team interactions, and surfaces relevant past context before assignments and decisions are made — so teams don't re-litigate decisions or repeat shipped mistakes.

Does the memory just answer questions, or does it act?

AethrionX's institutional memory acts. Before a mutating action runs — assigning a ticket, changing priority, deleting work, creating a ticket — the system intercepts the call and surfaces relevant memory if a prior decision conflicts. The user sees the conflict, the source memory, and a suggested alternative before the action is committed. Memory is a guardrail, not just a search box.

How does voice work in AethrionX?

AethrionX accepts voice on every authenticated page. You can dictate full tickets, filter sprint boards, reassign work, navigate the product, and run standups by voice. Voice runs on real-time streaming transcription with confidence indicators on every auto-filled field, so dictation is editable in place rather than locked behind a confirmation modal.

What is X chat?

X chat is the conversational interface for asking questions about tickets, customers, and decisions in natural language. It opens as a side panel on the tickets page or as a full-page workspace. X chat reads from the product brain — the unified store of tickets, signals, decisions, and customer context — so answers cite the underlying tickets and memories rather than guessing.

What integrations does AethrionX support?

AethrionX integrates with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat for notifications and slash commands. It connects to GitHub and GitLab for pull-request analysis and ticket linking. A direct API is available for programmatic ingestion. Hand-off to AI coding agents for draft-PR generation is on the roadmap.

Is my data safe with AethrionX?

AethrionX is GDPR compliant, with strict tenant isolation, role-based access control, and encryption in transit and at rest. Defense in depth at multiple layers means customer data does not cross organization boundaries. See the trust page for the full enterprise security posture.

What does AethrionX cost?

AethrionX has four tiers: Starter at $12 per seat per month, Pro at $16, Max at $40, and Enterprise (custom). Every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial. Institutional memory features unlock at Pro and above. See the pricing page for the current feature breakdown.

Can I try AethrionX before committing?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial — no commitment, full feature access on the chosen tier. You can also run AethrionX in parallel with your existing tool during the trial.
